At Christian Art Distributors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories do not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
